I have lived in Southeastern Oklahoma for 50+ years and started my career in this area in the 70's. My husband (now deceased) and I worked on several large cattle ranches in Eastern Oklahoma and Western  Arkansas. We worked on the Johnny Cake Charolais ranches  which at that time were located in McCurtain, OK and Mansfield, AR.  We then worked for several years on the Triple T Ranch at Hwy #31 junction just North of Panama, OK.  There I did bookkeeping of all cattle as it was an accredited herd. We also saddled up horses every day to ride the pastures and the welfare of cattle. We had four wheelers but we did it the old fashioned way, by horseback.
I then worked as a petroleum landman for several years before acquiring my real estate license in 1986. In 1995 I acquired my appraisal license  and pursued that venture for 22 years. As a real estate appraiser, I did appraisals on residential properties as well as agricultural land with and without homes. I worked for various lenders throughout Eastern Oklahoma from Broken Bow to Stilwell to Checotah/McAlester areas to the West.
I have one daughter, Kelli Ford, who is the county clerk here in Leflore county and has worked in that office for 26 years. She is married to Michael Ford. My grand daughter, Kody Ford Potter is married to Cody Potter and they live in the Gilmore area.
I am a member of Harvest Time Tabernacle in Fort Smith, AR and have attended church there for 27+ years.
I am now  concentrating full time as a realtor in this beautiful area of the state and look forward to assisting people with their real estate needs.
